Soyo Air (“the app”) is developed by RUI. This policy explains how the app handles information. In short: the app collects no data at all.
Data we collect
None. Soyo Air has no account, no server, no analytics SDK, no ads and no tracking. Nothing you do in the app is sent to us.
Data stored on your device
Room names, timers, scenes, temperature rules and usage history are stored only on your device. We cannot see them. Deleting the app removes them; on Mac, also delete the folder ~/Library/Containers/cv.rui.aircon.
Local network access
Soyo Air asks for access to your local network. It uses this access only to find and control air conditioners on your own network. Commands and status travel directly between your device and the air conditioner and never pass through a server of ours.
Purchases
Soyo Air Pro is purchased through Apple. Apple processes the payment, and we do not receive your payment details.
Third-party services
None. The app contains no third-party SDK.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page and update the date above.
